Our MARN (Migration Agent Registration Number) is displayed on all materials, our website, and every email signature — as required by OMARA. Annual CPD completed every January.

Dual-capacity disclosure

We act as both recruiter and migration agent. Written disclosure is provided at every engagement. Two separate documents: a B2B Subscription Agreement and an OMARA Letter of Engagement.

No candidate fees

Under the Migration Act and the 482 framework, overseas candidates cannot be charged for recruitment or sponsorship. All fees are invoiced exclusively to the employer.
